I have just installed your software on a Dell 1530 Laptop. I ran the creation software and it ran for about 40 min saying it was creating an image. When it spit out the dvd, I looked at the data on the disk. I see no image. I only see the restore software HDREST32.EXE, LOADER.OOO, BOOT.001 AND BOOT.CAT.

Did the backup go somewhere else? It sure doesn't look like it went on a dvd. I told it to shadow the partition.
