| | | _Device or medium is full_ | the hard disk where the target file(s) are created is full; restrat the backup after freeing some space or select a different target drive | |
| | | _Target device is locked (by another process)_ | the target device cannot be accessed because it is exclusively opened by another application (hex editor, CD burning applicatpion, partitioner, etc.); close the application and retry | |
| | | _Target device is not ready_ | there is no medium in the drive or the drive is defect; insert an empty medium or select a different target drive | |
| | | _Access to target device was denied_ | the operating system denied write access to the target device; make sure that the logged on user is allowed write access. This is not always the case, even for members of the administrator group. | |
